Terms of Service - Affiliate Program

1. Reward Eligibility and Fraud Prevention

The stated reward percentage is applicable to all plans, excluding domain name registration/renewal, setups, installation fees, and additional add-ons. To safeguard against fraud, funds will be retained for a 30-day period before being credited to the affiliate’s account.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy Impact on Commissions

In the event that a referral cancels their service and seeks a refund, any commissions or rewards earned by the affiliate from that particular payment will be nullified.

3. Affiliate Payment Methods and Fee Responsibilities

Payment to affiliates is made via Bank account, PayPal, or credit balance. The affiliate is liable for any charges incurred through these payment gateways.

4. Referral Link Usage and Commission Exclusions

Affiliates are permitted to utilize referral links for promoting our services on websites, forums, blogs, etc. However, sales generated through the use of special discounts, coupons, or promotional codes will not be eligible for commissions.

5. Prohibition of Personal Account Commissions

Affiliates are not entitled to receive commissions for purchasing their own personal hosting accounts. In instances where such activity is identified, the affiliate’s accrued credits will be rescinded.

6. Account Eligibility and Restrictions on Self-Referrals

For eligibility of reward credits, new accounts must employ a different PayPal or bank account from that of the referring affiliate. Self-referrals, including referrals of a spouse or civil union partner by affiliates, are strictly prohibited. This policy is enforced without exceptions.

7. Company Rights to Amend, Revoke, and Terminate

The Company retains the authority to reverse commissions, terminate an affiliate’s program membership, and modify the terms and conditions at its discretion.
